Man sollte meinen, dass der MeMadeMärz doch gerade erst gewesen ist und ich mit der Bestellung meines Gartens sowie der anstehenden Konfirmation mehr als genug um die Ohren habe, aber nein, ich musste mich gerade zu einem neuen Me made Monat anmelden!

Zoe von So,Zo, what do you know organisiert den Monat und ich habe mich gerade als Nummer vierhundertpaarundzwanzig eingetragen. Das ganze geht natürlich nur, weil ich nicht jeden Tag mit Bild auf meinem Blog parat stehen muss. Ich habe mich „nur“ verpflichtet, jeden Tag etwas Selbstgemachtes zu tragen und zweimal pro Woche darüber zu berichten. Allerdings spricht Zoe von einer „challenge“, also einer Herausvorderung. daher habe ich mich entschlossen, mein ältestes UFO, welches da ist der Trench der Ewigkeit, endlich fertig zu nähen, und noch drei weitere Kleidungsstücke dazu. Eines davon ist  das Kleid aus dem Himmelfahrtskommando, das ja bereits einen Abgabetermin hat, wie überaus praktisch, und für die anderen habe ich sogar schon Stoff und Schnitt und zum Teil sogar die Zutaten parat. Hier also kommt mein Schwur:

I endeavour to wear at least one self-made garmemt each day for the duration of May 2013 and to write about it at least twice a week on my blog. Furthermore I will finish my oldest UFO and sow three more new garments during this month.‘

Und hier noch einmal für das internationale Publikum:

You should think that I have had enough with a me made march  just a couple of weeks ago and a huge garden to be groomed and a family feast in ttwelve days time, but no! I also had to sign Zoe’s me made may just a few minutes ago. Nevertheless, I will take things rather easy this time. I’m not responsable for the organisation of anything, so I needn’t to show up (with a foto!) every day on my blog. Here is my vow:

Lucky me, I am already  at a dress in the Himmelfahrtskommando-sew-Along, which will be number one. For the other three garments the patterns and the material are already at hand. The oldest UFO is an unfinshed trenchcoat, which is shifted from corner to corner for over eight (I admit it with a blush) years now! Time to get rid of it!
